Oat/ banana pancakes
I was searching for breakfast wheat alternatives.
Steps

Remove your banana peels and place it into the blender plus the eggs.

Blend your mixture and add your oats. Blend for another like 3 mins or less depending on how you want your pancakes.

On medium heat using a non-stick pan (you can use oil if you want). Pour your mixture to the pan let it cook for like 1 min or until when it dries up the turn to the other side and let it cook.

Repeat the same procedure until you are done. Serve while warm.
