Peel and wash the potatoes,cut it into small pieces and boil them in the pot.

Allow is to cook for some minutes,when the potatoes is soft add your maggi,salt,onions and red oil then turn it, allow is to cook again then you add your smoke fish,allow it to cook a little while and bring it down.

Lunch is ready.
