Ingredients

  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. 1grated ginger
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 3-4tomatoes
  5. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  6. 1 teaspooncumin powder
  7. 1 teaspoonHing (asaefotoida​)
  8. 2 tablespoonred chilli powder
  9. 2 tablespooncoriander powder
  10. 1 teaspoondry mango powder
  11. 1 tablespoonbutter
  12. 1 tablespooncream
  13. 1 teaspoonred chilli sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Take kadai put jeera hing chopped onion

  2. 2

    Saute till golden brown and add ginger and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add chopped tomatoes salt and mix well

  4. 4

    Add all masala mix well add little water and simmer it for 2-3 minutes

  5. 5

    Add cubes of paneer

  6. 6

    Mix well let it cook 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Add cream to it
