Put on pan dry ingredients slow flame a few seconds. For the aroma roasted the spices till now take off the gas.

Now mixture jar put a all spices grind mix fine powder. Put a chicken in a bowl add salt and lemon juice in it. keep it for five minutes. After then wash it clean water 3/4 times.

Add some oil to the cooker put in the cut onion into hot oil. After light brown onions put on chicken pieces in it. Add 1 glass water, boil it 4 to 5 wisel.

Now for grevy :- takes mixing jar add Chopped onion, tomato, garlic and ginger, green chilli all ingredients make a fine paste.

Take a big pan put oil and ghee when hot oil, ghee add grevy and cook it on low heat flame for a 2 minutes.

Now put dry spices in it and stir in the middle while cooking 1 minute. When the oil is released from the grevy. Put the boiling chicken in it, all mix well.

Cook the medium heat 10 to 15 minutes now turn off gas. Add fresh Chopped coriander.
