Blend the bananas, eggs and a little milk together and pour in a bowl.

In a separate bowl sieve the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, nutmeg and cinnamon and mix well using a wooden spoon or whisk.

Add the cooking oil to the flour mixture and continue mixing until the dough looks like sand.

Start adding the banana puree to the flour while staring so that we can get rid of all the lamps.

If the dough is very thick add some milk to get the right consistency.

Grease your baking tin with butter and dust it with some flour then tap the tin upside down to remove any excess flour. Pour in your mixture and bake in a pre heated oven for 40- 50minutes @180•©.

When ready cut to your desired shape and serve with spiced tea. Enjoy😋
