Defrozen Salmon in room temperature. Rinse and pat as dry as possible. Add garlic salt, and little corn starch on each side of fillet. Heat up a Pan with shallow oil until Hot. High Med heat throw in fillet. Heat 3 mins on the first side then Flip it, 2 mins on the other side. Smear butter on the fillet evenly and sprinkle pepper on top. Flip once more for another 30 seconds.
