Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrices
  2. 1carrot
  3. handfulbeans
  4. 1capsicum
  5. 1 piececinnamon
  6. 3-4crushed cardamom
  7. 3-4cloves
  8. 1/2 tspCummins seed
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 1 tspminced garlic
  11. corriander leaves to garnish
  12. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil rice and slice onion and shred all vegetables nicely.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan add onions and Cummins seeds and fry till slightly brown then add cinnamon,cloves and cardamom and fry for a few seconds.

    Add garlic and fry for 1 minutes then add all vegetables and salt. mix well and cook on lower flame until vegetables get soft.

  4. 4

    Add rice and mix gently.

  5. 5

    Garnish with coriander leaves and cover for a few minutes for flavor to mingle.
