Heat oil in a wok and chopped onion, fry untill light golden brown.

Add ginger - garlic paste, chopped tomato, capsicum and tomato pyuri, fry 2-3 minutes.

Now add salt, turmeric, kashmiri mirch powder and coriander powder, fry till masala leaves sides of pan.

Put 1 cup water to make smooth gravy and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Now add paneer cubes adn mix well, let cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes

Finally add cream, garam masala and coriander leaves, stir gently.

Serve hot with naans or roti.
