Steps

Add all dry ingredients together in a bowl.

Add blueband to the dry mixture and rub till it becomes like breadcrumbs.

Add the egg and mix well.
- 4
Add milk and knead till the dough is soft and does no TV stick to your hands or the basin. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and leave to rest for 30mins.

Uncover dough, roll and cut in different shapes and sizes.
- 6
Dip fry in hot oil. Serve warm with spiced tea.
