This is a very simple cake and it can last for more than a week without preservatives nor refrigeration.

Pour in the butter and sugar and cream it till fluffy

Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl

Be slowly adding the eggs, approximately one egg at a time into the creamed butter and sugar and mix.

In another separate bowl mix the flour and baking powder and divide the mixture into three.

Pour One portion into the butter and egg mixture and mix.

Repeat the procedure for the rest of the portion and mix.

Spread the cakepan with oil and preheat oven.

Pour the mixture into the cakepan.

Bake it in the oven on a heat of 175C

After twenty minutes, check weather it's cooked. To check: dip a knife into the cake. If the knife comes out clean then the cake is baked.

If sure it is baked. Turn into a tray

Then cut it.

You can bake it inside a sandwich maker, using this same recipe
