Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 Cupflour
  • 11/2 Cupssugar
  • 2 Tspbaking powder
  • 3/4 Cupoil
  • 4Eggs
  • 1/2 Cuphot water
  • 100 gmschocolate
  • 5 Tbscocoa
  • leavesMint

Steps

  1. 1

    Measure all you ingredients

  2. 2

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

  3. 3

    Melt the chocolate in a double boiler

  4. 4

    Chop your mint leaves into small slices

  5. 5

    Add all your ingredients into a bowl except the chocolate and mix together with a whisk or mixer for 5 minutes

  6. 6

    Fold in the chocolate put in a baking tin and bake for 45 mins or until a skewer comes out clean
