This easy delicious dish can be prepared and cooked less than an hour 😁👍🏻

Ingredients

  1. 1 boxsilken tofu (around 300 gr)
  2. 2 Tbspvegetable oil
  3. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  4. 150 grground chicken/ground pork
  5. 2 Tbspdried shrimps
  6. 1red pepper chili, julienned
  7. 1 Tbspoyster sauce
  8. 2 tspsoy sauce
  9. 75 mlwater
  10. salt and white pepper powder (to taste)
  11. 1 tspcornstarch mixed wit h 2 Tbsp water
  12. 2green onions, finely sliced
  13. 1 tspsesame oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak dried shrimps in hot water for 10 minutes. Drained.
    Cut the dried shrimps into small pieces.

    Steam silken tofu for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Place it on the serving plate.

  3. 3

    Heat the vegetable oil on a wok over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic, dried shrimps, and red chili pepper until fragrant.

    Add minced meat. Cook until the meat changes color.

  5. 5

    Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, white pepper powder, and water. Cook until boiling.

    Add cornstarch mixture. Keep stirring until the sauce is thickened.

  7. 7

    Add green onions and sesame oil. Stir for a while. Remove from the heat.

  8. 8

    Pour the ground beef mixture on top of the tofu.

  9. 9

    Serve with warm white rice! 😋
