  • 500 gmmaida
  • 200 gmghee
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tea spoonajwaine
  • Oil for fry
  • Water for dough

Steps

  1. 1

    For dough Maida salt ghee ajwaine water to make tight dough.rest 10/12minutes.

  2. 2

    Dived dough in 6 parts rolling pin one by one dough 1/2inch thickness make a deighne fog help.

  3. 3

    Deep fry pan medium hot oil flame one by one mathi is golden brown in colour.

  4. 4

    Mathi is ready to serve pickels.
