Ingredients

  • 1 kgcarrots
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 bowlfresh malai
  • 1 cupmixed dry fruits
  • 1 cupmawa

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate the carrots and put in a pan

  2. 2

    Add sugar and cook till it dissolves

  3. 3

    Now add fresh malai and cook till the ghee evaporates

  4. 4

    Add dry fruit

  5. 5

    Garnish with mawa

  6. 6

    Serve hot
