  • 1 cupparwal/pointed gourd seeds with inner flesh
  • 1whole red chilli
  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Fry the parwal seeds along with the inner flesh of parwal, red chilli and garlic cloves till it's golden. Let it cool.

  2. 2

    In a mixer jar add the fried parwal, salt and 1/4tsp of mustard oil. Blend to a fine paste.

  3. 3

    Parwal seeds chutney is ready
