Ingredients

  • 2 cupgram flour
  • 2 cupSugar
  • 2 cupWater
  • 1 cupGhee
  • as neededMix dryfruit chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Turn the flame and heat a pan on medium flame.

  2. 2

    Add some ghee in it

  3. 3

    Let the ghee melt properly,add besan

  4. 4

    Lost the besan till it turns brown

  5. 5

    Keep stirring

  6. 6

    It takes 5-7 min on medium flames

  7. 7

    Cook it till it turn title dark in colour

  8. 8

    Add sugar and add water

  9. 9

    Add dryfruits and mix it

  10. 10

    Now it ready to serve
