Steps

Heat ghee in kadai add suji and roast.

Add mava,coconut powder, milk in suji and mix it.

Make chasni.mix sugar and milk and boil till becomes 2thread add cardamom powder and jamun syrup.

If jamun syrup is without sugar then take sugar 1 cup.

Add this chasni mix in roasted suji mix.

Stir it well.

When jamun barfi leaves ghee and thickened spread it on plate

Garnish with cashew nut,pistachio and rose petals.

Cool it for 4 hours and cut it into desired shape.

Jamun barfi is ready!!
