Hung the curd in a cloth for 4 hours.

After 4 hrs, take out curd in a bowl, mix 4 tsp sugar and grind rest of the sugar into fine powder.

Cut watermelon into a disc.

Scoop out watermelon and muskmelon using baller. Peel orange.

Now over watermelon disc spread a thick layer of hung curd. Place the Orange wedges, melon balls over it

Keep in refrigerator for 1 hr.

Sprinkle powdered sugar before serving it.
