Make chasni on low flame.add sugar and water.water must be 1 inch above the sugar level.

Add saffron and let it cook on low flame and stir it in between.

Take coarse flour of bengal gram.

In one cup take milk 1/4 cup and ghee 1tsp.microwave it for 1 min.

Add it in bengal gram flour and mix well

Now grind this flour in mixer just for 5 sec. For breaking lumps.

Now sieve this flour.

Add ghee in a kadai and when it melts add flour and roast this flour on low flame. Add more ghee if required.

When flour roast and becomes pinkish add milk powder and stir it

Make chashni of 2 thread.

Add roasted flour in chasni and mix it continuously for 5 min

Add cardamom powder and mix well

Apply oil in plate and spread mohanthal and garnish with pistachio, almond flakes.

Cool it for 6-7hrs and then cut in desired shape.

Serve it.
