Roast cubed plantains in 1 tbsp ghee..cook sabudana seeds in water..boil the coconut milk and add the sabudana and roasted cubed plantains and the melted jaggery and cook well...add the cardmom powder and mix well.

Take another pan and roast the cashews, kismis and coconut pieces in ghee and pour on to the kheer....give a boil amd switch off the flame. garnish with blk.sesame....tasty healthy kheer is ready😊
