Ingredients

25 miniute
4 servings
  • 1 cupWater chestnut flour
  • 1 cupRajgira flour
  • 80 gmButter
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 2 tspSugar
  • 1 cupRabri
  • 2 tspPaneer greted
  • 2 tspHung curd
  • 1 tspCardamoms crushed
  • 2Tart mould

Steps

25 miniute
  1. 1

    Seave the both flour.

  2. 2

    Mix salt,sugar,butter, rub it.add milk if needed. Make dough from this.

  3. 3

    Grease the tart mold.

  4. 4

    Roll out the dough.shift it on the mold.fork it.and bake it blind 5 miniutes.

  5. 5

    Take it out.

  6. 6

    In a bowl put rabri,curd, paneer,sugar, caradomn,mix it well.

  7. 7

    Put it in the blind baked tart.

  8. 8

    Now keep it again in the oven. Bake it 15 miniute.

  9. 9

    Take it out. Let it rest for 1 hour.

  10. 10

    You can keep it in the fridge.

  11. 11

    Now rabri cheese cake is ready to serve.

  12. 12

    It is very power full dish during the fast.
