Steps

For making katori--in a bowl add flour, pinch of salt and ghee...Mix well...And knead a dough using required warm water..Keep it to rest for 15 mins..

After that... Divide the dough into 2 -3 portions...(*depends on the size of the katori)..And roll it like puri...Make a bowl....With the help of any katori..By arranging it on the back of the katori..As shown in the pic...

Prick it's back with folk...And fry in oil/ghee...(oil should be on room temperature first..)...After a min remove katori from oil...and fry till golden brown...

Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup and dip katori in prepared sugar syrup..For few minutes.

Take them out...and..Let dry.

For making filling-- In a pan roast mawa till it changes it's colour...Add sugar...Mix well...Cook for a min...Add food colour and chopped dry fruits.. Mix and switch off the flame...Let it cool..

Take a prepared katori....Add mawa filling in it... Garnish with dry fruits..And serve...

Delicious..Mawa katori is ready..
