1 pcCauliflower
2 pcsCourgettes
1/2 cupPeas
Tumeric
Onions
Oil
Garlic/ginger
4 pcsFresh tomatoes

Steps

Fry the onions to golden brown and add garlic/ginger.

Blend your tomatoes and add.

Let it cook for few minutes the add peas,cubed carrots,cauliflower, courgette one after the other.

Add tumeric and season to taste.

Make it mild if you like.

Serve with starch of your choice.
