Ingredients

  • Green bananas
  • Salt
  • Margarine

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and wash the bananas

  2. 2

    Put in a pan,add salt and water

  3. 3

    Boil till cooked

  4. 4

    Drain extra water from the bananas and mash using a cooking stick till smooth

  5. 5

    Add the margarine and remove from the fire

  6. 6

    Serve with desired stew. Eg beef or chicken
