Caramelised red onion and Parma ham crust less quiche

Blind bake pastry in a tin with baking beads for 20 minutes at 190, in a pan add red onion with a splash of oil and cook until softened. Once softened add sugar and let caramelise.

Meanwhile whisk eggs with a splash of milk and seasoning and set to one side. Once pastry case is baked add onions and spread evenly. Then a handful of mixed grated cheese spread evenly. Then add Parma ham tearing into pieces. Pour over egg mixture making sure it’s Distributed well finally add a sprinkle of mixed cheese over the top

Bake at 190c for 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from tin and carefully cut away crust
