Ingredients

  • 1 bowlLeftover yellow moong dal
  • 1 bowlWheat flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonCoriander powder
  • Pinchjeera(cumin seeds)
  • Pinchajwain
  • 1 tbspLemony twist oats
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 3-4 dropsOliveoil
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    .Knead the dough with dry masalas,leftover dal,onion,oats, water and olive oil.

    Now make small balls and dust with wheat flour.

  3. 3

    Now roll them with rolling pin.it should not be too thin.

    Now deep fry them.
