Ingredients

  • 1 cupboiled yellow peas daal
  • 1 bunchcoriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  • 1 tspchat masala powder
  • 1tomato pureed
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tbspcoriander cumin powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil and ghee
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare a stiff batter with dal, coriander leaves green chillies,chat masala and salt

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry pakoras (bora) and keep aside

  3. 3

    Now add cumin seed and bay leaf

  4. 4

    Add ginger paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  5. 5

    Add tomato,red chilli Powder and cumin coriander powder

  6. 6

    Add Potatoes and saute well add water and simmer till the veggies get cooked well

  7. 7

    Add pakoras and sugar,garam masala powder and serve
