Ingredients

  • 500 gmsleaves with stem
  • 1/4pumpkin cut into cubes
  • 1potato cut into cubes
  • 4-5green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspnigella seeds
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add veggies and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Now add the chopped leaves and stem

  4. 4

    Cover till it is soft and moist

  5. 5

    Add sugar and mix well serve it is ready
