2 kgtin of potatoes,peeled, boiled, and mashed
Halfkg of mbuzi
Onions
Tomatoes
Oil
to tasteSalt
Garlic
Zucchini
Green pepper

Steps

Fry onions

Add crushed garlic

Add the meat and fry for a few minutes

Add chopped pepper and zucchini and finely chopped tomatoes

Add salt

Meanwhile cream the potatoes with some margarine and milk into a smooth consistency

When meat is ready pour into an oven proof dish

Cover with the mashed potatoes

Brown in the oven

Serve with any vegetables.
