Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoonolive oil or butter
  2. 1/2 teaspooncarom seeds - ajwain
  3. 1big onion finely chopped
  4. 3-4 clovesgarlic finely chopped
  5. 3tomatoes finely chopped
  6. 1 tablespoontomato ketchup Salt to taste
  7. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  8. 1 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper powder
  9. 1 teaspoonchilli flakes
  10. 1 teaspoonoregano
  11. 1 teaspoonsugar optional
  12. 1small capsicum finely chopped
  13. 1/2 cupcheese spread
  14. 1 tablespoongrated process cheese
  15. 1 tablespoongrated pizza cheese To serve with: Salty biscuits
  16. Digestive biscuits Bread - roasted Breadsticks

Steps

    In a pan heat oil and add carom seeds, add onion and capsicum to it and saute for 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    After that add tomatoes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. When tomatoes are cooked add spices and tomato ketchup. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
    At last add cheese spread and cook for 1 minute at medium flame. Mix well.

    Transfer fondue in fondue pot and spread process and pizza cheese over it. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and oregano.

  4. 4

    Let it cool at room temperature and crush to a semi-smooth paste.

  5. 5

    Serve hot Pizza Fondue with salty biscuits, multi-grain biscuits roasted bread fingers and bread sticks.

  6. 6

    Even butter roasted mini pizza base also can be served with this delicious recipe.
