Lets start with preparing the meat. Spread the lamb chop on a chopping board. Then tenderise it with a meat hammer on both sides.

Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides. Then place in a bowl and pour the vinegar and allow to sit for few min.

Place the chopped potatoes with some salt and boil till tender.

The secret to creamy mash is milk.. But it has to he mashed while hot. So get mashing and add milk and margarine and a sprinkle of black pepper to taste.

Now, take a non stick pan, we can use butter or normal oil, allow it to heat gently. Add the chop stretched out and cover. Let it fry on one side till the frying sound changes.

When you hear sound changing, uncover and flip to the second side and allow to brown.

Serve with the mashed potatoes. *serving suggestion: steamed garden veggies of mushroom sauce.
