Ingredients

3-5 minutes
  • 4Eggs
  • 1/2 cupdiced mixed veggies like Carrot, Capsicum,Onion and beans
  • 2-3 tablespoonmixed green peas and sweet corn
  • 2 tablespoonrolled Oats
  • 1 teaspooncrushed Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoonchopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli flakes
  • to tasteSalt
  • bowlsOil to grease the

Steps

3-5 minutes
  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add all the diced vegetables and green peas and sweet corn.

    Add crushed black pepper and salt.Mix well.

    In a separate bowl beat eggs and add to the vegetables.

    Also add oats.

    Mix well to combine.

    Take 4 ramekin bowls and grease with little oil. You can also use any microwave safe bowls or cups.

    Fill 2/3rd of each bowls with the egg mixture.

    Add chopped coriander leaves and chilli flakes.

    Microwave them for 3 minutes or till done.

    Take out from microwave and delicious mould them as they cool a bit.

    Enjoy this delicious filling Souffle as breakfast or snack.
