  • 4 teaspoonmustard paste
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 4-5 green chilli
  • 1/2 cupwater

    Take a microwave safe bowl, add the fish,marinate with salt, turmeric powder,and mustard paste

    Now add green chilli and water and cook for 10 minutes in a microwave
