Ingredients

  • 250 gmtomato
  • 150 gmjaggery
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tspmustard seeds
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add mustard seeds

  2. 2

    Now add tomato pieces

  3. 3

    Saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and cover till it is soft

  4. 4

    Add jaggery and mix well until it melts

  5. 5

    Cool it down and serve
