Boil the following ingredients together,then blend it thoroughly after cooling enough-Onions,tomatoes and cashews,

For paneer balls:Crumble the paneer.Add mashed potatoes,cut coriander leaves,garam masala,corn flour and salt.Mix together and shape into balls(make sure they are properly tightened,for ease in frying).We can stuff raisins and cashews in it,which is optional.We can now golden fry these balls and keep them aside.

Gravy:Add oil to the kadai,add bay leaves,cardomoms,cloves and cinnamon stick.Now add the ginger garlic paste.stir till the raw smell goes.Now add the blended puree,and keep stirring on high flame.You can keep the lid slightly covered with your left hand to avoid exessive splutter.keep stirring till it cooks properly and oil separates.Now add the butter.

Now add the kasuri methi,and the fresh cream,while keeping stove on simmer.Our gravy is ready.

Now add the paneer balls and simmer for 2 more minutes.Garnish with chopped coriander and a dash of cream.

Serve hot with chapatis or naan.
