Ingredients

1 plate
  • 2Potatoes (medium size)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspJeera powder -
  • 1/2 tspChilli powder
  • 2-3 tbspSev
  • 7 piecesSev puri
  • 1-2 tspTamarind chutney
  • 1-2 tspMint chutney
  • leavesCoriander
  • 1-2 tbspCurd
  • Oil for making tikki

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil and mashed potatoes add little salt and make mini tikkies.

  2. 2

    Place the tikki on top of puri.

  3. 3

    Top it with beaten curd.Sprinkle little salt according to your taste.Sprinkle jeera powder & chilli powder.

  4. 4

    Drizzle little tamarind & mint chutney.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle sev on them

  6. 6

    Finished your chat with chopped coriander leaves. It is ready to be served.
