Soaked rice and dal for 4-5 hours.

After soaked add in a grinder and grind it,make a fine paste.

Add curd and salt in the paste and some water mix well, rest batter for overnight.

Grease oil in a mold pour this batter and steam for 30 minutes on low flame.

Heat oil in a pan add rai,curry leaves and green chilli when crackle spread on dhokla.

Cut into pieces and serve it
