In a large pan take 1/2 cup sugar, 1 1/2 cup water, saffron and boil

Make the mixture a little sticky and add cardamom powder and lemon juice and switch off the flame. Sugar syrup is ready

Take 1/2 bowl ready mix and add 2 tbsp of warm milk and mix the dough. Take ghee in hand and make small balls.

Heat the ghee and when ghee is moderately hot, fry the jamun balls till they are golden brown

Immediately drop jamuns in sugar syrup and cover the lid for 1 hour. Gulab jamun is ready.
