Ingredients

  • 200 gramsflour
  • 2tps margarine
  • 1 tspcardamom
  • 1 tsplemon rind
  • 3tps sugar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Milk
  • Oil to deepfry

Steps

  1. 1

    Rub-in margarine in the flour.

  2. 2

    Add all the dry ingredients together then add milk and knead into firm dough.

  3. 3

    Let it rest for like 30 min

  4. 4

    Roll and deepfry
