Blanched Almonds in water and remove the skin.

Roughly chopped onion and broccoli

In a pan add oil then onion garlic and saute for 2-3 mins

Now add broccoli, almond salt and saute for 1-2 mins then add water and let it boil for 3-4 mins.Let it cool

Strain the water and make a fine puree

In a kadai add puree, remaining water and cornflour mixed in milk. Stir well. Lumps should not form.

Add black pepper powder and let it boil. Mean while check salt also.cook it till it thickens.

Take out in serving bowl garnish with chopped almonds and broccoli florets.
