Take sew maker and Grease with oil, stuff small portion of dough into it and close the lid.

Heat oil in kadhai, drop a small pieces if dough if it rise immediately then the oil temperature is perfect for frying.press the dough in circle and make bhujia, deep fry all bhujia.

Deep fry until golden brown, drain it sprinkle chat masala and serve it.
