In a large pan,boil the four cups of water

Add 1 tbs salt,oil and rice.

Cook under low heat

In a cup,add little water and mix in the 1/2 tbs coloring

When the rice water drain,add in the coloring and cover,let it drain.then put off the frame

In another pan,add meat,mala,garam masala,the cubed onion, garlic, Ginger, pawpaw, tomatoes paste,grated tomatoes, and marinate for 30 mins

In another pan,fry the onion rings and potatoes until golden brown

After 30 mins,add salt in the marinade then boil it on low heat until it drains,

Add the potatoes and onions on the gravy,mix all ingredients add lemon juice and cover,let it simmer for 2mins
