First soaked the Cashew for 20 min then fried the cauliflower piece in hot oil

Then using same pan /kadhai add 1 tsp oil add chopped onion, garlic cloves, ginger, tomato and soaked Cashew fry till light brown then cool it down

Then grind in a mixi to form a smooth paste

After that add 2 tbsp oil in a same pan add green cardoman crush, cumin seed after crackle of cumin add paste saute for 2-3 min then add all dried masala saute till oil separate from masala

Then add cream /malai for smooth texture

After that add fried ghobhi, green peas and salt cook for 10-15 min in low to medium flame

After that garnish with chopped coriander leaves

I had used homemade garam masala

You can add curry leave for extra taste
