Steps

First in a pan add maavu and water and make it into thick syrup.

In a Pan boil the cooking oil and pour this syrup thru the Karaboondhi plate (the plate with lot of holes) into the oil.

Check out the Boondhi in container and keep it. Then in another pan add sugar and water and make it into thick syrup.

In another pan add the bhoondhi and syrup and mix it properly and with limited heat make it into balls. This Laddu is ready to taste.

While making laddus keep one fried cashew with each laddu.
