Steps

Chop all veggies and mix all ingredients except bread slices. Grate paneer and mix.

Take bread slices. Cut the brown sides. Now roll it with a rolling pin. Fill the stuffing. Shape it in round shape.

Now heat Appe pan. Grease it with ghee. Keep all balls. Cook on medium flame. You can deep fry also.

Enjoy with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
