Firstly take malai or cream and beat with a hand blender or blend in mixture blender by pouring little by little cold water till the butter float over buttermilk, now pour plenty of water and give a good mix..The butter will be separate out of buttermilk

If the weather is too much cold then can pour hot water to seprate butter from buttermilk

Scoop out the butter with the help of a sooper and press it as much as possible to get rid of buttermilk

Add mishri in butter and mix

Your maakhan mishri is ready.. Garnish with candied sugar (mishri) and "Holi Basil Leaves" on top..set a Rose petal with Holi basil leaves

First serve bhog of maakhan mishri to "Kanha ji" then to family, friends and relatives
