Ingredients

20-30 minutes
4 servings
  • 3 cupswheat flour
  • 1 cupbajri (millet) flour
  • 3/4 cupfresh chopped methi leaves (fenugreek leaves)
  • 3-4 tablespoonfresh coriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 2 tablespoonginger garlic chilli paste
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/4 cupcurd
  • 3 tablespoonjaggery (melted in water)
  • 4-5 teaspoonoil
  • Oil for frying

Steps

20-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all above ingredients well and knead dough with enough water.

  2. 2

    Make equal size balls from it, flatten them, coat with flour and roll out on plastic sheet.

  3. 3

    Cook both sides with oil on tawa.

  4. 4

    Delicious thepla is ready. Serve with green chutney and curd.
