In a clean dry bowl, pour in your flour/sugar/nutmeg/yeast/salt and whisk together.

Now pour in your milk and mix with a spoon

Knead the dough for 2min then let it’s sit for 1hr to double the size

Meanwhile, boil your eggs and allow them cool down in cold water.

Now your dough is ready, flour your surface and roll out your dough with a rolling pin, make it a lil thick, then cut for convenient wrapping around the egg
