  • 3potatoes
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 1 tspcurry powder
  • Salt
  • 1sweet pepper
  • 1 tspTomato paste
  • 1/4:cup tamarind sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the potatoes into cubes

  2. 2

    Fry onion until they turn brown

  3. 3

    Add Sweet pepper, tomatoes, tomato paste, salt,Garlic paste,curry powder and cook until the potatoes are well cooked

  4. 4

    Add tamarind sauce

  5. 5

    Potato stew is ready to be served
