Steps

Melt desi ghee in a wok or pan.

Add cashews and almonds and dry coconut and roast them.

Now take them out.

Now in the same pan or wok add green saunfs and saute them for 2 minutes.

Now add chivda and roast it on sim till it changes the colour and it's rawness is gone.

Add dry masalas and mix well on sim.

Now add this chivda in roasted dryfruits and mix well.

Let it cool.keep it inthe container and serve anytime you like.
